These terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all orders placed by a purchaser (“Purchaser”) of Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd corporate wear (“the Goods”). The Purchaser acknowledges that these terms and conditions govern all orders placed by it at any time and from time and as such constitute a binding agreement between the Purchaser and Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd. Acceptance of any Goods ordered shall constitute the Purchaser’s acceptance of these terms as solely applicable and controlling, notwithstanding usage of trade or course of dealing to the contrary.
C&R Brand Solutions are the Sole Providers of the corporate apparel, bags and gifting selection in this catalogue. The purpose of the online corporate store is to facilitate purchasing within the Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd group. These items are not for 3rd party reselling.
- A Purchaser will be required to register.
- Only registered Purchasers will be able to transact on the site.
- Registration will be confirmed via an automated email. The Purchaser will be required to click on the link in the email to activate their account.
- Orders cannot be placed without activation via email link sent to the Purchaser upon registration.
- Orders must be approved by Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd Head Office before being distributed to the outlets.
- Payment for the goods will be against the cost centre as per Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd.
- Cancellation of Orders shall not be permitted once received by C&R Brand Solutions. Goods purchased are non-refundable.
- All orders ex-stock will be processed within 72 hours of placement (“Process Period”); provided that the date on which the Process Period shall commence shall not fall over weekends / public holidays.
- All goods will be delivered directly to the address stipulated when placing an order. Shipping costs are for Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd Head Office and C&R Brand Solutions will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods due to incorrect address details captured.
- Delivery of the Goods shall be at the Purchaser's risk as soon as they leave C&R Brand Solutions, irrespective of who is responsible for the delivery of the Goods. If the Purchaser fails to take delivery when tendered, risk passes as soon as delivery is tendered even if the Goods have not left.
- All Goods displayed on the instorebrandshop.co.za website are subject to availability. If Goods ordered are out of stock, the Purchaser will be informed and such Goods placed on back order. Please allow for a 4–6 week delivery time for out-of-stock items.
- The price of the ordered Goods will be the price listed on the instorebrandshop.co.za website.
- All prices on instorebrandshop.co.za include VAT.
- Ingrain SA (Pty) Ltd and C&R Brand Solutions assume no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect laundering or poor care. Care instructions are included with garments.
- Please refer to the returns and exchange policy on the website for instructions and procedures.
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery in original packaging or, at the discretion of C&R Brand Solutions, in undamaged/unsoiled condition.
- C&R Brand Solutions reserves the right to inspect returned Goods before approving exchanges. Shipment costs are for the Purchaser unless the item is proven faulty.
- All returns must be accompanied by original documentation, including delivery receipts, invoices, and proof of payment.
