All orders ex-stock will be processed within 72 hours of placement (“Process Period”); provided that the date on which the Process Period shall commence shall not fall over weekends / public holidays.

If Goods ordered are out of stock, the Purchaser will be informed and such Goods placed on back order. Please allow for a 4–6 week delivery time for out-of-stock items.
